We are currently hiring independent contractors. You will be working for Fortune 500 companies or reputable companies who are hiring, availability changes quarterly. The pay rate also varies from $15 per hour depending upon the company you choose.

TASKS ON MOST JOBS:
·Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
·Identifying and resolving complaints. This is your chance to be creative in finding a solution.
·Using a computer system to track customer interactions, record details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, and actions taken.
·Responding to questions and concerns about products or services their company offers.
·Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics.
·Identifying customers needs, clarifying information, researching every issue, and providing solutions.
TYPE OF EMPLOYMENT STATUS:
As a 1099 independent contractor, you are not a W2 employee of the company. Instead, the company of your choosing and 1099 independent contractors create their work agreement. You'll notice that many of these online 1099 jobs have a pay structure that often varies. What you get, in turn, is the ability to create your schedule, and pay rate, and often you can work from anywhere in the world
EQUIPMENT AND SOFTWARE NEEDED:
Each company has a specific system and equipment policy depending on the company you choose to work for. Here are the key points:
·Agents must service the computer they use to perform the PC Scan at the time of enrollment
·The software needed for each business will be provided upon completed orientation for that business
